Saturday’s final will feature two hard-hitting young players in a match that is sure to be a tightly contested battle. The No. 3 seed Hamilton will ride into the match with serious confidence after coming from behind on Friday to upset reigning USTA Winter Champion Leena Friedman, but An will be a tough out as the finalist has won her last four matches by going the distance in three sets.
Boys 18U: No. 7 Emon van Loben Sels vs. No. 5 Cassius Chinlund
The Boys’ 18U championship will be an all-California showdown as Sacramento native Emon van Loben Sels meets Los Angeles’ Cassius Chinlund.
